Customer Service Assistant/Reception (Afternoons)

My Client based in Cirencester are looking for a Customer Service Assistant/Receptionist to join their team on a temporary basis to support with part time hours. Hours of work will be - 

Monday - Friday 200pm-530pm Working for 1-2 weeks early June 2017

Main Purpose of the Role - 
- Taking Pride in the aprearance of the business centre and offices
- adhering to the dress code
- ensuring all areas are up to company standards at all times
- to support the company mission throughout all day to day activities

Personal Profile - 
-Demonstrates customer led thinking and a clear understanding of customer service
-Passionate about Customer Service and striving to improve performance
-Excellent communication skills written and verbal 
-Confidence to interact with a range of clients and colleagues up to board level
-Creative approach to problem solving and ability to think outside the box
-Professional attitude and appearance
-Well Organised
-Competant in MS Office and IT literate

Key Responsibilities - 
-Provide a professional reception service 
-Professional telephone answering and meeting and greeting
-Deal with day to day activities at reception from clients and acting on these professionally and promptly
-Dealing with customer complaints
-Forge strong relationships with all clients 
-Assiting the Centre Manager in debt chasing and recovery

Hours can be flexible but the opportunity is part time only. This is a temporary position but has the potential to become permanent, although this is not guarenteed.
