Payroll Administrator

My Client based in Cheltenham are looking for Administration support in their payroll department to join their small team working in a key role for payroll. 


The ideal candidate will 

-Run the day to day payroll for the company
-Provide admin support to the team
-Have a good working knowledge of excel, however more advanced learning can be taught on the job
-Have a good eye for detail and be confident with inputting figures and spotting mistakes in formula and imputed data
-Be responsible for running the payroll diary on Outlook so a knowledge and understanding of Outlook is essential

-Ability to work using own initiative
-Able to work to deadlines
-Able to work under pressure 
-Quick Learner who is happy to be taught
-Good Communication skills both written and verbal
-IT literate with Excel and Outlook knowledge in particular
-Happy to work extra to get the job done
-Good all round work ethic

My client is looking for someone to join their team on a full time basis as a temporary worker for a contract that will last until the end of August 2017. Hours of work will be Monday - Friday Full time 37.5 hours per week. 0830-1700 

Salary is £9 per hour and the position will be starting Monday 5th June 2017
