The successful applicant will undertake a range of accounting, administrative and marketing responsibilities including raising sales invoices, performing credit checks, credit control, purchasing services and supplies, preparing site files, proofing quotes and arranging meetings to develop business opportunities with existing and new clients.
I am seeking an enthusiastic and capable accounts, administration and marketing assistant to join our team. The role will be varied and will broadly cover purchasing of services and supplies, sales ledger, administrative support for our habitats team and making appointments with potential clients.
This role will be a Monday - Friday based role 37.5 hours a week.
